Tickets Open for FIH Hockey Men’s Nations Cup in Cape Town

The FIH Hockey Men’s Nations Cup is coming to Cape Town, and South African hockey fans can now secure their seats for one of the biggest international hockey events to be staged on home soil.

Tickets are officially available for the FIH Hockey Men’s Nations Cup, which will take place at Hartleyvale Stadium in Cape Town from 11 to 20 June 2026. The tournament will bring together South Africa, New Zealand, Malaysia, Korea, Japan, Scotland, France, Ireland and the USA in a high stakes battle for international honours and the ultimate prize of promotion to the FIH Hockey Pro League.

The FIH Hockey Nations Cup has quickly become one of the most significant events on the global calendar, offering nations top tier international hockey. For South Africa, the 2026 edition represents not only a major competitive opportunity, but also a chance to showcase the passion, energy and quality of South African hockey in front of a home crowd, while building towards the FIH Hockey World Cup.

Hartleyvale, one of South Africa’s most iconic hockey venues, will host eight days of action, including South Africa’s opening fixture against France on Thursday, 11 June at 19:00, followed by pool stage clashes against the USA on Saturday, 13 June at 17:00 and Ireland on Tuesday, 16 June at 19:00. The tournament will conclude with the playoff matches, bronze medal match and final on Saturday, 20 June.

South African Hockey President Deon Morgan said the tournament provides a wonderful moment for the hockey community to rally behind the national team.

“Hosting the FIH Hockey Men’s Nations Cup in Cape Town is a significant moment for South African Hockey. It gives our players the opportunity to compete against outstanding international opposition at home, and it gives our supporters the chance to be part of something special. We want Hartleyvale to be full, loud and proudly South African as we welcome the world to Cape Town.”

Tickets are available through SA Hockey’s tournament ticketing partner, iTickets, with supporters able to access the ticketing link directly through the SA Hockey Association mobile app.

Adult day tickets are priced at R120, with child tickets for ages 6 to 18 priced at R70. Full tournament passes are also available, with adult access priced at R800 and child access at R400. Children under the age of six gain free entry, although they may not occupy their own seat.

South African Hockey encourages fans, families, schools, clubs and the wider sporting public to download the SA Hockey Association app, secure their tickets early through iTickets and be part of a landmark international event.
