Ticket sales open for African Hockey Road to Paris 2024 Qualifier

With just under a week to go until the African Hockey Road to Paris 2024 Qualifier, SA Hockey are pleased to announce that ticket sales have opened for the event. The tournament which features 15 teams competing for two spots at the Paris Olympic Games in 2024.

The Men’s tournament sees eight teams battle it out with South Africa and Egypt expected to lead the challenge in Pool A and B respectively. Pool A features the hosts along with Nigeria, Zimbabwe and Uganda while in Pool B its Egypt, Ghana, Kenya and Namibia. The top two teams in each pool progress to the semi-finals on Friday 3 November.

The women’s tournament will see South Africa head up pool A along with Nigeria and Zimbabwe. While Pool B will see Ghana and Kenya lock horns joined by Southern African duo Namibia and Zambia.

Tickets are available through the SA Hockey Fan App, in collaboration with iTickets, where you will also find score updates, prediction games and news at your fingertips. The app is available for download on the following links:

Tickets are R50 per day or you can buy a full week pass for R200. Students who come to the stadium in school uniform or school sports uniform will be given free entry.
